Before you send
A few things that save a round trip. Send the largest version of the file you have, since we can always scale down but not up. Tell us the finished size you want on the wall, and whether that includes a float frame. And if the image has to match something you have printed before, say so, because we can profile against it.
Standard turnaround is 3 working days from approval, and next-day on request is usually possible if you need it.
